ACT I: The weight is recovered five times faster than what is lost
Unfortunately, most of us have ever checked this law. How it can take five days to lose 0′8 kg and only one day back? It is not fair, is not it? You can not eat less than zero calories per day but you can eat 5,000 or more if desired. What it does: If your diet will not spoil it.

ACT II: Any deviation from the diet, some insignificant, negative impact on diet
Worldwide it has only happened once. You have been doing well all week and Friday night he believes he deserves a break. Start taking pizza … may be his undoing.

ACT III: No diet, well they go, you can survive the holidays
There happens to everyone but most of us fall too much feed, if not negatively, during the holidays. The candies, cakes, hearty meals … can get in big trouble. What to do: Move away as possible from the temptations and try to choose healthier foods for dinner.

ACT IV: Informing people of their progress may produce an immediate halt on the road
Most of the people we got it all. We start the diet on a Monday and Thursday, have lost 3 kg miraculous. The urge to tell everyone in any way causes it to lose perspective sometimes, which makes us drop our guard.
